ABOUT OUR AGENCYOur agency has been proudly serving the community since October 2014, and I’ve been in the insurance industry since 2006—all with State Farm, first as a team member and now as an agent. We’ve built a team of 6 full-time and 2 part-time professionals who share a commitment to excellence, growth, and making a difference in the lives of our customers.

ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mendy Dunn - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses (required).
Compensation $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
